Q How do your factory do regarding quality control?
A Quality is priority! We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end:
1) We have specialized QC department to control the quality,and we also accept the third official government to inspect the cargos before delivery.
2) We have all detailed records for nonconformity products,then we will make summary according to these records,avoid it happen again.
3) We do observe the relevant codes of conduct and laws from government in environment, human right aspects like no children labor,no prisoner labor and so on.

Q What types of payment do you accept?
A We accept TT or LC at sight.

Q How long time can you delivery(ship) for a new order?
A Normally 60days after order confirmed.

A Normally 2 weeks.

Q What’s the MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)that I can order?
A MOQ is 12,00 pairs per style in 2 colors.

Q Will you produce the shoes with private lable(my own brand)?
A Yes, we can produce and prototype your own shoe design with your own private lable(logo). You just have to give us of what kind of shoes you want us to produce for you. A sketch or a shoe picture would be enough.
